There's a video on Game Informer talking about the process of designing toys for Disney Infinity:
You'll also see all my (ex)team at Avalanche, and some not-yet-released concept art I did. It's pretty interesting, definitely worth the watch!
It was very inspiring.
That was great, thanks for sharing.
great stuff. Only bad news (for me) is now I'm going to have to get all of them... Congrats!
Totally, me too. I don't get them for free anymore now that I don't work there.
10~15 years later that Han Solo, with signature, is gonna cost a fortune. It's why they want it in the stamp approval methinks lol.
I'm really hoping that there will be an art of Dieney Infinity Book one day . I would buy two of them
That is incredible. I remember the first time I saw one of those toys, I was in Game Stop, hadn't even heard of Disney Infinity, and I picked up Merida and said, holy crap! This is art! They don't even look manufactured, every toy looks like an original piece of art. I'm terrible at playing video games but I am definitely going to start collecting these to put on display. Amazing job!
Thank you! We put a lot of love into every character we designed for it. I helped a bit on Merida, I'll post what I did for her design soon.
I would love that!!!! Merida is my favorite Disney character, I was very impressed especially with the hair! I did a drawing of her about a month ago so i appreciate that you were able to simplify her crazy hair and still make it look exactly like her!
Really interesting process. Cool designs!
Really beautiful! I love Disney Infinity figures and I love your art. Perfect!
