Specular vs. Lambert Surfaces by Artsammich Specular vs. Lambert Surfaces by Artsammich
The self-taught version of my Schoolism class on light and surface is $100 off for a short time, so I wanted to give this quick preview of the types of things we cover in the class. The self-taught class is just like the full version of the class, except you won't get personalized critiques, demonstrations, and paintovers.

Named after Johann Heinrich Lambert, who described a hypothetical ideal of a perfectly diffused surface reflection. But yes, it is also used as a material type in many 3d programs.

I don't choose when to do discounts, those are promotions by Schoolism. I'd just keep an eye on their site, I'd expect some kind of discount to pop up eventually.

I think in the self-taught you can also watch the critiques for other students. That is definitely true for the full version.
